What We Do.
Urman Investments has been operating within metropolitan Phoenix for more than two and a half decades. We are experienced in all facets of real estate, from property management and leasing to acquisition and disposition. Our holdings include a vast variety of single-family and multi-family residential properties and industrial complexes. We specialize in acquiring distressed assets, developing properties, and managing real estate as well as building and scaling private ventures.
Our dedication to our neighborhoods goes far beyond our investments. We are actively involved in numerous social impact initiatives to better our community.
